Shipping Policy
Fieldgate Cheese can be shipped to the contiguous United States and will be shipped/processed on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Packages are recommended to be ordered using faster shipping methods to ensure your product remains cool and fresh upon delivery. Fieldgate Cheese is not responsible for lost/missing/damaged packages. Customers will pay a flat rate for shipping depending on the shipping method chosen. It is up to the recipient of the cheese to collect the package as soon as possible and place the perishable cheese into refrigeration.

How do you package your cheese for shipping?
We take great responsibility in making sure that your cheese arrives in the same condition it left our store in. Cheese will be kept cool by the help of a single-use cold pack and be encased in thermal shield wrap to ensure proper temperature. Depending on the order size, we will then package the cheese in an appropriately sized box and send the cheesy goodness your way!
What if my order never shows up?
Here at Fieldgate, we care for your cheese until the very moment it leaves our store. Fieldgate Cheese will not be responsible for any lost/missing/stolen packages, but please give us a call and we will do our best to help!
What is your return/refund policy?
Fieldgate Cheese is unable to return any perishable goods (cheese included!), but if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us. We are always willing to hear customer feedback and are committed to a fantastic customer experience.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The duration of shipping mostly depends on the shipping method you choose at the time of purchase. Online orders will be processed on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that your cheese arrives safely within the business week.
Where are you able/unable to ship to?
Fieldgate Cheese can be shipped to all the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, A.P.O., DPO, F.P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
