Smoked Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1-8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
- 8 oz. of Fieldgate Habanero Cheese
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2-8 oz. cans of Rotel
- 1-8 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1-10 oz. can of evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. chipotle
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne
Instructions
- Cook up Italian sausage in a separate pan. Add chopped onion to Italian sausage when almost done for 5 minutes.
- Mix the remaining ingredients. chipotle and cayenne.
- Place on pellet grill for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Stir halfway through. If it is a little too thick for your preference, add some more milk till desired consistency.
- Enjoy once melted.
