Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

  • 24 oz Rotini, cooked and drained 
  • 24 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing 
  • 5 cups cooked and diced chicken  
  • 2 cups Fieldgate Shredded Mozzarella 
  • 2 cups Fieldgate Shredded Mild Cheddar 
  • 1 lb bacon, fried and diced 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Whisk together alfredo sauce and ranch dressing in middle bowl
  3. Mix shredded cheeses together
  4. Rub bottom and sides of a casserole dish with butter
  5. Add 1/2 pasta and 1/2 chicken and top with 1/2 sauce
  6. Stir to combine and sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese blend
  7. Add remaining pasta and chicken and top with sauce
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese blend and bacon
  9. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
