Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups your choice Fieldgate cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup softened butter 
  • ¼ tsp paprika 
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • 1 cup flour 

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together.  
  2. Form into small balls the size of a large marble.  
  3. Bake at 350 degrees on parchment lined pan for 15-18 minutes.  

Recommendations:  

  • Do not use pre shredded cheese.  
  • Have everything at room temperature.  
  • Use food processor for easy mixing.  
  • When cool, store in an airtight container.  
  • You can make these ahead of time and freeze unbaked for up to 1 month.  
  • Yeild: About 6 dozen
