Baked Eggs

  • ¼ cup Fieldgate butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ dozen eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 2 cups grated Fieldgate Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt the butter; beat in milk, eggs, and sour cream until blended.
  2. Blend in onion, ham, and cheese.
  3. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan until set, about 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
  4. Feel free to be creative with vegetables and meat or skip altogether.
  5. This recipe is forgiving and is easily cut in half with a 9 x9 pan.
