Baked Eggs
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ dozen eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 2 cups Fieldgate Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter; beat in milk, eggs, and sour cream until blended.
- Blend in onion, ham, and cheese.
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan until set, about 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Feel free to be creative with vegetables and meat or skip altogether.
- This recipe is forgiving and is easily cut in half with a 9 x 9 pan.
